EASTLIVING was founded in 2006 with a defined focus in Singapore's East Coast. The team founded by Stuart Chng has since rapidly grown in strength and boasts a fine team of dynamic and driven professionals.

The team's strengths lie in having its core focus in properties in District 15 and 16. Thus, each professional has a constant grasp of the market pulse on the ground and is always well-equipped with the latest project information and transacted prices in the various zones within the East Coast.

Since the company's inception, EASTLIVING has handled more than $100 million worth of sales and rentals for satisfied clients and maintains a market leader position with its constant presence in this area.
